Molly Mosholder
Molly Mosholder joined the staff of the Office of Institutional Equity’s ADA Team in January 2024, and serves as the Assistant Director of the ADA Digital Accessibility Center. In this role, she supports digital accessibility compliance initiatives across all campuses, is responsible for managing accommodation-based exception requests, as well as auditing the digital accessibility of campus units.
Prior to Ohio State, Molly spent over 10 years working in Disability Services at Columbus State Community College, most recently as Assistant Director. During her time at Columbus State, she was responsible for overseeing the provision of academic accommodations to students with disabilities.
Molly received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Capital University (Columbus, OH) and her Master’s degree in Counselor Education: Clinical Mental Health from Clemson University (Clemson, SC). While pursuing her Masters degree, Molly served as a Graduate Assistant in Clemson’s Student Disability Services office. She also completed the Assistive Technology Applications Certificate Program from California State University, Northridge.
